Reservation
Deposit
|
A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking; deposit is non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in. Cancellations beyond 90 days incur a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Full Payment
|
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
|
Maximum Occupancy
|
Maximum Occupancy for each unit is 6. If you have more in your party please call in advance of booking to see if arrangements can be made. There may be an increase in charges for additional guests.
|
Security Deposit
|
A one night refundable security deposit is required in addition to full payment 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure subject to inspection. In case of damage or excessive cleaning requirements, a written reason for retained portion will be furnished. Guests will be responsible for excessive damage and will be billed at industry standard rates for full repairs to return unit to original condition at time of rental.

Taxes
|
11.42% Hawaii state tax is due on total rental amount excluding security deposit.

Credit Cards
|
All fees payable in US $, we accept Visa, MC, American Express, Discover and check payments.
|
Cleaning Fee
|
A cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged for all stays at Sea Village.
A cleaning fee of $250.00 is charged for all stays at The Villages at Mauna Lani.
|
Smoking / Pets
|
All properties are smoke free and no pets allowed.
|
Check-in / Check-out Time
|
Check-in time is 3:00 pm check-out time is 11:00 am, changes to these times must be prearranged with Paradise Too llc.
|
Lockouts/Lost Keys
|
Lockouts and lost keys are subject to a $100.00 fee. Loss of Beach Club gate entry cards, where applicable are subject to a $200.00 fee.
|
Maid Service
|
Daily maid service is not provided; all units are fully cleaned and stocked with a starter pack prior to arrival. If you would like daily or weekly maid service please contact us.

|
Rental rates and taxes are subject to change. Refer to the nightly rate table for dates/year of interest.
